The Annual Election of the Nepenthe Board of Directors is approaching with the Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2022
This year two Director positions are up for election.
Following is the timeline for the 2022 election:
ELECTION SCHEDULE
March 2nd– Board meeting – Slate of candidates’ names presented by Nominating Committee
April 7th – Candidates’ statements and pictures due to Office (to be included in the April newsletter and Ballot packets mailed to homeowners)
April 25th – Ballot packets mailed, including statements and pictures, to homeowners
Saturday, April 30th – Candidates’ Forum for Nepenthe homeowners
Wednesday, May 25, 5:00 pm – Annual Membership Meeting and Election
May 25th after election: Board Organization Meeting
June 1st: Board training/orientation

The 2022 Annual Meeting is now concluded. The Inspectors of Election closed the polls at 5:00 pm, May 25, 2022. The results are as follows:
- Cheryl Nelson, 213 votes
- Jackie Grebitus, 187 votes
- Mary Gray, 151 votes
The two new directors are Cheryl Nelson and Jackie Grebitus. Immediately following the announcement of the results, the directors met in a brief executive session to determine the officers’ positions and committee liaison positions.

- Ashley Tangeraas, Vice President, Liaison to Finance Committee
- Jackie Grebitus, Treasurer, Liaison to Insurance, Legal & Safety Committee
- Markus Dascher, Secretary, Liaison to Architectural Review Committee
- Cheryl Nelson, Member at Large, Liaison to Grounds Committee
A big thank you to our exiting directors, Linda Cook and Mary Gray for your service to the Association. At the next Open Session of the Board which will be held on July 6th, the Board will be appointing committees. If you have an interest in serving, please submit an application to the office for consideration. Even if you don’t want to be on a committee, but are willing to help out with special events or projects, please submit a form and let the directors know where and how you would like to serve.
