Nepenthe Association is professionally managed by FirstService Residential. On-site management staff is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and weekends from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (12:00pm to 4:00pm from June to Oct.) to assist with homeowner and resident needs.

Services include:

*Manage facility rentals and events calendar

*Coordinate maintenance of common area facilities; residents should report broken sprinklers, lights, etc. to the office to schedule repair.

*Provide several options for payment of dues and account-related questions

*Facilitate Board initiatives

*Edit and distribute Association communications including the newsletter

*Facilitate enforcement of Community Rules

*Manage association vendors

*On-site management available during clubhouse hours to assist with homeowner and resident needs. (916) 929-8380
