Mail slots are owned and maintained by the homeowner. May be installed only in a garage wall and with prior approval of the Board. Anyone may install a mail slot, but in parts of Nepenthe the U.S. Postal Service will deliver only to regulation mailboxes mounted on posts. Contact the office for details.
There is a curbside collection box on Commons Drive near the clubhouse. Pickup times are 4:00 p.m. weekdays and 11:55 a.m. Saturdays. About half the homes in Nepenthe have regulation mailboxes mounted on posts. The mailboxes are owned and maintained by the homeowners. See the office or click here for criteria and application forms.
