Gutters are installed and maintained by the Association. Gutters are cleaned at least annually after most of the leaves have fallen. For the rest of the year, owners are responsible for keeping their gutters clear so that they function properly. Overflowing gutters cause damage to the siding and may cause leaks. If you see a problem with maintenance of any gutter, call the manager at (916) 929-8380 or utilize the easy-to-fill out form found here. Ladders should not be rested against the gutters.
