Nepenthe’s Community Rules, Section 2.4 require that residents submit current Resident Information Forms. We ask that all residents submit a new form annually.
Here is the pertinent excerpt from the Community Rules:
2.4. Resident Registration
To insure good communication between the Association and the Residents, all owners and tenants are asked to provide their telephone numbers, email addresses, vehicle information and emergency contacts to Management.
