There are three Inspectors of Elections. Their duties are:
1. To determine the number of homeowners entitled to vote.
2. To determine if there is a quorum by counting the number of ballots cast.
3. To appoint, train, and supervise volunteers who will tally the votes.
4. To report the results of the election promptly to the Board of Directors.
The Election Committee meets as needed January through election day. Meetings will be posted on the Events Calendar.
