Deadline to turn in application: November 10, 2017
Your application will be reviewed on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 at the Architectural Review Committee meeting. Please consider attending here at the clubhouse at 5:30 pm. The committee will provide their recommendation to the Board for approval or denial on Wednesday, December 6, 2017. You will receive a letter within a few days of the Board meeting. Provided your project was approved, you may begin work after receiving the letter.

2. House plan showing proposed improvements
3. Brochure showing specifications about proposed product(s)
4. Contractor’s proposal showing method of installation
5. Applications for Windows, Heating/Air Installations and Rooftop Solar Installations have further paperwork requirements.
