Homeowners are expected to notify the Association when they lease their homes to others. This helps the Association protect your property, enforce the rules and ensure a safe community. Renters have essentially the same rights and responsibilities as homeowners, except that they may not serve on the Board or vote in elections. Homeowners are responsible for educating their renters about Nepenthe’s rules. Similarly, renters are expected to educate their guests about the rules. Renters are urged to give their contact information to the manager, in case their landlord has not done so.
