The Board contracts with FirstService Residential to manage the community. FirstService is a national management company. California headquarters are in Irvine. The regional office is in Gold River. Three full-time FirstService employees are on site weekdays and one part-time employee on the weekends. Their job is to serve homeowners, subject to the provisions of state law, our governing documents, Board direction and FirstService policy. Management and homeowners are expected to treat each other with mutual respect. If you have a complaint or a compliment about management, please contact a Board member or speak at a Board meeting.
Any homeowner in good standing may view the management contract in the office.
