Nepenthe is responsible for all landscaping in the common area. The contractor is GP Landscape. All GP employees are required to wear uniforms. Homeowners may not plant anything in the common area without Board approval. Nor may homeowners mow, prune, water, fertilize or otherwise cultivate in the common area, even if the homeowner planted there with Board approval. Nor may homeowners direct, threaten, cajole or compensate groundskeepers for their work. Nor may homeowners access, program or in any way tamper with the irrigation systems.
Landscape drains are owned and maintained by the Association. They collect runoff in the common area and discharge it into the streets. Do not dispose of leftover paint, solvents, pesticides, etc. by pouring them into the drains.
