Common-area lamps have translucent globes on black posts. They are owned and maintained by the Association. If a lamp is not functioning at night, or if it is alight during the day, contact the office at (916) 929-8380 or utilize the easy-to-fill out form found here. City street lights are much taller and on unpainted aluminum poles. If they need maintenance, call the city’s 24-hour hotline at 311. Both types of lights are controlled by dusk-to-dawn sensors. Please do not affix flyers, etc. to any lamppost or light pole. Management is authorized to remove them immediately.
