Garage doors are owned by homeowners, who are responsible for their maintenance and replacement. The only exception is that wood siding on tilt-up doors is maintained by the Association. Board approval is required for the installation of new garage doors. Passage doors into patios must be “in the prevailing style.” See the office or click here for criteria and application forms. Any roll-up or tilt-up garage door must be painted the same color as the garage, at the owner’s expense. The Association has the option of painting garage doors when the homes are painted.
Garages may not be used for any purpose that precludes the parking of the owners’ or residents’ vehicles. If you have two vehicles, both must be parked in the garage.
