The Association may impose a fine on any homeowner who does not comply with the Nepenthe rules, architectural criteria and other governing documents. The fine schedule is mailed to homeowners every year in the late fall when the budget is mailed out, it is posted below, and copies may be obtained from the office. Before a fine is levied, the homeowner must be asked in writing to correct the violation within a reasonable period of time. If they fail to do so, the homeowner is invited to a hearing before the Board.
