Doors are owned and maintained by the homeowner, except for wood siding on original tilt-up garage doors, which is maintained by the Association. Doors, including screen doors, may be installed or replaced only with Board approval. Click here for criteria and application forms. Designs and color choices for front doors are listed here. Color samples are available at the office. There are no restrictions on front-door hardware, but homeowners are asked to make choices compatible with community standards.
